Luxury 4 person holiday home on the water in Medemblik.
Welcome to this beautiful four-person holiday home at Holiday Park IJsselmeer, located in the watery Medemblik. The park is located opposite the IJsselmeer and the holiday homes at the inland waterway of the Vliet. Medemblik is a tourist town with all kinds of museums, sights and attractions for young and old. The unique location in the West Frisian landscape offers you many opportunities for recreation. Besides walking and cycling, you can go swimming, boating, kite surfing and more! In addition, Medemblik is a bustling trading city from the VOC era. Will you experience it too? On the park there is a heated indoor pool with slide and a brasserie with terrace on the water. All holiday homes are on the sailing and fishing water and have their own jetty. Fishing from the garden is no problem!
Layout
Entrance with stairs to the top, a guest toilet and separate storage room. There is a spacious water-oriented living room with a cozy sitting area with television and French doors to the terrace. The open kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combi microwave or oven, four-burner stove, coffee maker (filter) and a kettle.
Three bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and two bedrooms each with a single box-spring bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and some with a bath (preferred cost). There are also bungalows with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Numbers 113, 114 and 115. These bungalows are bookable with preference (you will pay preference costs for this).
All bungalows have a garden with waterfront location, and a private jetty. Some bungalows have a fence on the water side. There is parking space available at all bungalows for one car.

Location and surroundings
Medemblik is a picturesque town with old houses, narrow streets and picturesque facades. Medemblik and its surroundings offer a wealth of opportunities for relaxation: beautiful walking and cycling routes, the old cozy city center with many terraces and the authentic market on Saturdays in the summer months. Also visit Castle Radboud Medemblik, the Dutch Steam Engine Museum, the Zuiderzee Museum or Sprookjeswonderland. The city of Alkmaar is also worth a visit, every Friday you can see the famous cheese market. Nature and the many recreational areas in the area are ideal not only for sailors, but also for surfers, swimmers, sunbathers and anglers.
