This luxurious six-person chalet is beautifully situated on a new holiday park on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. Here the water enthusiast can indulge, fishing, boating, sunbathing on the beach and building sand castles, it is all possible here. The holiday park is fully equipped with a restaurant, bicycle and boat rental, and an entertainment team. The nearby Nijmegen (oldest city in the Netherlands) offers many possibilities. Dive into the vibrant nightlife or history that dates back to Roman times. An afternoon of shopping followed by a drink on one of the cozy terraces is also a recommendation. South of this beautiful chalet you will find the Staatsbossen Sint Anthonis with its fantastic nature reserves. These consist of forests, sand drifts, heaths and beautiful cycling and walking routes.
Layout
This spacious six-person chalet has a cosy living room with sitting and dining area. The kitchen is modern furnished with a dishwasher, combimagnetron, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a filter coffee maker. There are a total of three bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and bedroom with bunk bed. In the bathroom there is a shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a terrace with furniture. One car can be parked at the holiday home.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.

- Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.

Location and surroundings
The beautiful nature of Sint Anthonis can be visited at a short distance from Linden. This nature reserve consists of heathland, forest and sand drifts where you will find many walking and cycling routes. Moreover, you can be in Germany in no time, which also has beautiful nature. Within cycling distance is the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen, founded by the Romans, which has numerous historical features such as De Waagh or the Valkhofpark and many museums. You can also enjoy excellent shopping or the many restaurants and cafés. Want to go out with the children? Then visit Playground De Leemkuil or the War Museum Overloon.
