This luxury 30 person group accommodation with sauna is located at Residence La Rochette on the park is a common playground. The residence is located 1km from La Roche. La Roche is located in the southernmost and largest province of Belgium, namely Belgian Luxembourg. The vacation home is situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation close to home. The wooded area around La Roche is perfect for walking, horseback riding or cycling. In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Ground Floor:
Cozy living room with several sitting areas (also two sofas convertible into double sofa beds), flat screen television, DVD player, pool table, foosball table and a large dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen with two times four-burner stove, two refrigerators, two ovens, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave and a regular microwave. There is a sauna room with separate toilet and shower.
Second floor:
Four bedrooms with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed. Each has its own bathroom with shower and toilet in addition there are two separate toilets and there is an outdoor terrace.
Second floor:
Four bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds and one with one bunk bed. There are two separate toilets and two bathrooms with double sink and bathtub.
Outside:
Garage. Private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

- The layout of the vacation homes may vary. The bedroom layout is always the same in this type of vacation home.
- This property is not rented to groups or parties of persons under 30 years of age. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this property as well as the organization of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

Location and surroundings
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.

Huis niet echt geschikt voor meer dan 26 personen. Er zijn wel 3 bedbanken in de woonkamer, maar dat vonden wij geen slaapplekjes. De ruimte kan je nm niet afsluiten.
