This attractive six-person holiday home is a cozy family home ideally located in the small center of the friendly village of Koudekerke, a ten-minute bike ride from the beach at Dishoek. There is a sunny, fully enclosed garden at the rear of the holiday home. Close by there is a supermarket, a bakery, a bicycle rental and a number of restaurants. You can reach the center of Middelburg or Vlissingen in twenty minutes by bike. Monument city Middelburg has many pleasant terraces, narrow streets, beautiful old buildings and canals. You can also enjoy shopping here and there is a golf course on the outskirts of the city.

Through the steep, real old Dutch staircase you reach the second floor, here are three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and a sink, one with two single beds and one with two single beds and a crib. There is no stair gate or second toilet. Through the French doors at the back of the living room you enter the private garden, here under the trees is a garden table with bench and chairs. You can park 3 cars on the street.
