In Kamperland you can rent this cosy, detached four-person holiday chalet at the five-star Beach Resort. By renting a holiday home at the Beach Resort holiday park in Kamperland on Noord-Beveland, you allow yourself the best of the best. The park is not called the pearl of the Zeeland coast for nothing, it has the most facilities in all of Zeeland and is also in a beautiful location on the pure bathing water of the Oosterschelde National Park. The park is located directly on the sea and beach, good for many hours of water fun, but there is also a subtropical swimming pool where both young and old will enjoy themselves. And the swimming pool is just one of the facilities, there are also several dining options, playgrounds, crazy golf und bowling alleys. If you want to take it easy, you can always visit the Beauty & Wellness center or enjoy a breath of fresh air during a nice walk. Or would you rather go on long bike rides on the many marked cycling routes which lead you through the beautiful nature and past picturesque villages.
Layout
The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with a television. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle. There are two bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also central heating and free internet. Outside you have a partly covered terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the warm summer evenings when the weather is nice. You can park near the chalet in one of the central parking lots.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- Lay-out and interior might deviate from the photos.
- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed and this holiday home can not be rented for business purposes.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 13 January 2025 to Friday 31 January 2025. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.
- From 17 to 21 March 2025, work will be carried out on the Roompot Beach Resort beach. For safety reasons, the beach will not be accessible during this period.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
