This cozy farmhouse is suitable for six people and is located in a spacious family park. The farmhouses all have a spacious living room and are equipped with free wireless internet. You can relax on your own terrace with garden furniture. Based on availability, you can reserve a farmhouse that has a dishwasher. The natural environment offers many opportunities for beautiful walking, cycling and boating trips.
Layout
These authentic six-person farmhouses have a spacious living room with television and CD player. In the open kitchen you will find sufficient inventory for at least six people, a dishwasher, a microwave, filter and Senseo coffee maker. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a sink and there is a separate toilet. You will also find a storage room on the ground floor. In the house you can use wireless internet for free and there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
Outside you can relax on your own terrace with garden furniture. There is a shed in your garden where you can safely store your bicycles. There is room for one car at the farm. You can park a second car in the central parking lot.

Location and surroundings
IJhorst is a village in the municipality of Staphorst, where the stork is a familiar sight. The Ooievaarscentrum De Lokkerij was established in 1981 on the initiative of the Nature Conservancy to bring the stork back to the Dutch landscape. With results: the number of breeding pairs is still increasing! De Lokkerij is open for visits during the summer months, definitely worth a visit. The surroundings are easy to explore by bike or on foot: you will discover the Reest valley, the Zwarte Dennen or the Staphorst forestry. Surrounding towns such as Zwolle, Meppel, Hoogeveen and Steenwijk are also recommended: here you can enjoy a terrace, a museum, the many shops or a cosy restaurant.
