Old and beautifully renovated 20 person Ardennes farmhouse built with characteristic clay stone. This group accommodation concerns half of the farm. In the other half is a 17 person group accommodation. The former farm is located on the outskirts of the village of Brisy and is surrounded by farmland and forests. There are six bedrooms and two bathrooms. For a fee you can use the wellness area which includes a sauna and hot tub. The group accommodation has a beautiful large garden with a large playing field, climbing frame, table tennis table, table soccer and a petanque court. Barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Layout
This accommodation has a cozy living room with fireplace and television. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave and filter coffee machine. One bedroom with a double bed Bathroom with bath, whirlpool and shower. There is a separate toilet. On the second floor there are five bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds, two bedrooms with four single beds and two bedrooms with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, toilet, shower sink and a washing machine.

- The cost for the actual use of electricity, water and gas will be settled after departure with the deposit for the then current energy prices.
- You can also make use of the wellness area by booking the sauna. The costs are EUR 75 per weekend/ midweek and EUR 125 per week and will be adjusted manually on your final bill according to the length of your stay.

Location and surroundings
In the beautiful surroundings of Belgian Luxembourg lies the small village of Gouvy. Among the forests and farmland, you can make wonderful walking, cycling or horseback riding trips and there are also several places in the region where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking or swimming. Durbuy, the smallest town in the world, is definitely worth a visit and the town of La Roche is also just a stone's throw away. Here you will find, among other things, a magnificent castle. For a sporty day in the area, go mountain biking, quad biking, climbing and abseiling, golfing or take part in one of the various survival trips. Furthermore, you can go to the Hotton Caves or Safaripark Monde Sauvage in Aywaille for a fun day out.
