For children, there is a large playground within walking distance and an outdoor swimming pool is also within easy reach in summer. You can also discover the recreational forest Parc Chlorophylle in Dochamps, an ideal place for families. For a winter adventure, the best ski slopes in the Ardennes are just a few kilometres away. Don't forget to visit picturesque La Roche and its impressive Chateau - both are definitely worth a visit.

On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a table football game. In addition, here is a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) and a cot. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The sauna is also located on the ground floor.

On the ground floor (middle floor) is the living room with a sitting and dining area with a TV and a fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with two single beds and a bunk bed. Here there is also another bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside there is a large garden with a sunny furnished terrace, a trampoline, barbecue, hot tub and a charging station for electric cars.
