Luxery Grouphouse for 32 persons in Diever

Beautifully situated on the edge of the national park "Het Drentsch- Friesche woud" is this luxurious and attractive 32-person group accommodation. The use of a sauna and hot tub is optional. There is a spacious fenced garden where children can climb on the climbing frame or play in the sandbox. Because of its location at the edge of Diever, this accommodation is extremely suitable for groups who want to combine the experience of nature with the cosiness of a village.

Layout

The bedroom layout is as follows:

• Two double bedrooms (ground floor)
• Ten double bedrooms (first floor)
• One 4bedded room (first floor)
• One 3bedded room (first floor) Each room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and is equipped with comfortable single beds with duvet. In the farmhouse, opposite the professional kitchen with filter coffee machine, there is a spacious dining room/meeting room (65m²), equipped for 42 people, with the possibility of a buffet. For a cosy meeting you have the disposal of a tastefully furnished living room of more than 115 m² with an oak beamed mantelpiece and a stove. Of course, there are sufficient comfortable seating areas for an exciting evening with a snack or drink by the TV or just among each other by the warmth radiating from the fireplace. Both the dining room and the sitting room give access to the fully enclosed terrace, where the plants guarantee complete privacy. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious garden of approx. 2000 m² with a playground.

For business seminars, it is possible to book an all-in arrangement for, say, 20 people; you will then stay in single rooms and have access to several meeting and relaxation rooms. Naturally, this comes with full catering and audio-visual aids can be arranged. As this is a tailor-made event, we will be happy to discuss your wishes in order to achieve a result-oriented meeting in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. It goes without saying that you will be the only group our guest and that you will be among each other.
