It is not only a great place to stay in this cozy three-person house, this holiday home is also in an incredibly beautiful area. Near the forest, surrounded by all the greenery and also a stone's throw from villages such as Borger, Orvelte, Westerbork and Schoonoord. There is even a bus stop in front of the door, so you can be in Assen or Emmen in no time. Do you like cycling or walking? Even then this location is perfect: there are plenty of walking and cycling paths in the area. In addition, hospitality is of paramount importance here and you can tell by everything. In short: this is the place to completely unwind, to fully enjoy yourself and to have the feeling of really getting away from it all.

The cottage consists of a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area. There is radio and television. The open kitchen is fully equipped for four people, including a filter coffee maker, Senseo, fridge with freezer compartment and four-burner stove. The house is heated by means of a gas wall heater. In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. Pillows and comforters are available. You can rent bed linen through us, but you can also bring it from home. Outside on the terrace you will find a terrace table with four chairs and garden chair cushions. This property has WiFi.

There are a total of two holiday homes in the yard. This holiday home is a detached three-person holiday home. The other holiday home is suitable for four people and is attached to its own home (DG129). Both holiday homes have their own entrance and are sufficiently separated from each other, allowing you to experience optimum privacy. It is also possible to reserve both houses at the same time (house code DG130). The cottages both have a private terrace. Together you have access to a large garden (2000 m²) with sufficient shade for when it is hot. The houses are approximately 50 meters apart. Behind the garden is a piece of land that is cultivated in the summer.
