These luxuriously furnished and equipped holiday homes for five people are located on Buitenplaats Gerner. The holiday park is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and fields just outside Dalfsen, far away from the busy city life. Dalfsen is a picturesque place located on the Vecht River. The Hanseatic city of Zwolle is 17 km away. The Hanseatic cities of Kampen and Hattem are also within a radius of 30 km. Gerner estate is located in the Vechtdal, an area with old forests, rolling heathlands, estates and old Saxon farms.

The living room has air conditioning and television and you can use WiFi for free. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bedroom with a single bed, a loft bed and a trundle bed. The bathroom has an adjustable sink, a raised toilet and an adapted shower room. There is also a washing machine. There is a separate second toilet. The accommodation is heated by central heating.

This accommodation for five people is completely adapted for wheelchair users and/or disabled people and is entirely on the ground floor. Ease of use has been taken into account, for example through the spacious furnishings, adapted sanitary facilities and height-adjustable sink in the bathroom, wide doors, extra: washing machine in the bathroom. There is a separate indoor space for a mobility scooter, for example, so that it can be parked indoors. Individual care needs can be met in collaboration with home care organizations. The house is spacious and located on the water and has its own parking space for one car.
