This comfortable six-person holiday home is located in a quiet area on the edge of the village of Burgh Haamstede. There is a lot of privacy and a spacious garden where you can fully enjoy. The garden is completely enclosed so that children can play freely here while you sit in the sun on the sheltered terrace. You can be at the bottom of the dunes in Nieuw Haamstede in less than fifteen minutes by bike. You can be there in five minutes by car. The center of Burgh Haamstede is a five minute bike ride away, here are several good restaurants with cozy terraces, nice shops and of course also a supermarket. A leisure park with an indoor and outdoor playground, mini golf and tennis courts is in a ten-minute walk distance.

Layout

As soon as you enter the house, you find yourself in the hall that gives access to a small double bedroom (size bed 140x190). There is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. There is a comfortably furnished living room. There is a large, wooden dining table and a seating area around the gas fire. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, four-burner cooker and a kettle. From the living room you can walk straight to the terrace via the sliding doors. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom with bunk beds and a second hall with the stairs to the first floor. Here you will find the third and fourth bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (dimensions 160x200 and 180x200). There is also a second bathroom here, equipped with a washbasin and shower. There are also a camping bed with mattresses available. There is a second toilet in the outbuilding where you also find the washing machine.

This house is very suitable for families with young children because of the child-friendly environment with an enclosed garden, toys, and in the summer a trampoline. There is also a lounge set on the terrace and a climbing and swing set. You can park your car in front of the entrance gate of holiday home Jacobo and walk through the lawn towards the house (there is space for a maximum of two cars).
