The bustling Zoutelande offers a diverse range of restaurants and shops. It's a pleasant place to escape the hustle and bustle, while you'll find peace and quiet back at the house. The historic town of Middelburg offers a great mix of museums and monuments, restaurants and cafes, and a wide range of shops.

You enter the house via the terrace, where you step into the cozy living room. Ambience and light prevail. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal: an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, and a large fridge-freezer. Enjoy a meal at the kitchen bar. The sitting area and TV are adjacent to the French doors. From spring onwards, you can enjoy the sheltered terrace. On the ground floor, there's a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with storage. A washing machine and parasol are located in the under-stairs cupboard. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious double bed with twin mattresses, two bedside tables, and storage space for clothes. And for ultimate relaxation after a wonderful day, there's an infrared sauna. Enjoy a wonderful moment of wellness in complete privacy.

On the terrace, you'll find a seating area and two comfortable armchairs. There's also space to store and charge two bicycles. Parking is available in front of the house on your own property.
